This photo shows a close up of the front porch. All beam trim was replaced with Hardie fiber cement trim. Bedmould was installed around the perimeter of the ceiling to finish the look. Not all siding companies are capable of correctly installing this much detail. Be sure to hire Hardie siding contactors directly from their website.

Here is a closer look at the Hardie light block detail. This light block color is Pearl Gray. Hardie requires a mounting block with proper flashing. This means all light fixtures need to be removed and reinstalled. Most customers purchase new light fixtures to be installed when the siding is replaced.
