Initial Contact By Phone or Email

One of our client services representatives will have a conversation with you to get a basic idea of the work you are seeking to be done on your home (Siding, Roofing, Windows, Gutters) and schedule an in-home meeting.

Initial Consultation (1st meeting)
One of our experienced design associates will meet with you and have a general discussion of your exterior/interior condition (Siding, Roofing, Windows, Gutters) and get your house measurements. Most importantly, we want to listen to your space, design, and schedule needs. With over thirty years of experience, we may be able to share some information on previous projects we've completed or catch a glimpse of unique opportunities for your home. From this meeting a preliminary exterior remodel agreement would be drawn up.

Proposal Meeting (2nd meeting depending on project)

To further explore the project with us, a second meeting with Custom Concepts design associate would be scheduled at your home (Siding, Roofing, Windows). This meeting provides a chance for us to firm up the budget and scope of the project with all of your requests included in the final proposal.

From this meeting the agreement would be based upon an understanding of the scope of the project and budget range. Design plans and products with necessary revisions depicting the scope of the project would be developed; pricing and a written scope of work with specifications and allowances; this final presentation of the developed project to the homeowner by your designated associate would complete the preliminary design phase.

Home Remodeling Agreement

A home remodeling agreement will be drawn up based upon the preliminary design and specifications and allowances. It will include all labor and material to complete the project, time of completion, and warrantees (if applicable). This will be presented at the time of the final proposal above.

Production Phase
The production phase includes a pre-construction meeting with our project manager and lead carpenter for the project, periodic meetings with our project manager, and lead to review progress and anticipate upcoming activities and selections, a construction schedule with red flagged dates for activities like appliances must be selected by or date for client to vacate a certain space, open lines of communication especially via e-mail, generation and quick completion of punch list at the end of the project, and a follow-up visit upon completion of the project.

Final Walk-Through
We will come to your home to discuss your completed project and your overall satisfaction. We may request an opportunity to photograph your project or request a video testimonial from you (video is optional). We are always available to answer questions or address concerns for all of our clients. A survey will be sent out, depending on projects. We ask for reviews and to honestly give your opinion on our work of your project(s). We depend on our reviews from our clients and hold your opinion with great value as we are always wanting to deliver high quality work and will work to keep you as a valued client for future projects of yours and those you care about.
