Smooth Beaded Lap Siding Booth Bay Blue | Straight Edge Shingle Light Mist | Arctic White Trim
This home In Gaithersburg, MD located in the Kentlands, had existing Masonite Beaded Lap Siding with a Cedar Shake and Shingles roof. The home was experiencing extreme siding damage around the windows, doors, and at the bottom edges around the corners. The Cedar Shingle roof had warping and uplifts around the edges and garage. Custom Concepts Construction Inc was hired as their siding contractor to place new James Hardie Horizontal Smooth Beaded Lap Siding in Boothbay Blue around the exterior of the home. We redesigned two front gables adding Straight Edge Hardie Shingles accent siding in Light Mist to add style and contrast to the architectural design. Along with the siding we constructed a new front and rear porch with Zuri decking products. The wooden railings were replaced with Colonial Style PVC. Not only are these changes low maintenance but also gives this home outstanding curb appeal and a visible uplift.
The trim around the home began to rot and brake off due to woodpeckers and insects in the area. We replaced the vinyl siding with James Hardie Fiber Cement 7 inch Beaded Lap Siding in Navajo Beige. We fully resided the sun room also with Navajo Beige lap siding and created a lovely ambiance with James Hardie Arctic White trim. Using a brickmould picture frame along the corners, windows, doors, and garage we replaced the wooden trim with James Hardie Arctic White trim as well. The gutters were replaced with RainPro Microguard Leaf Shedding System in White to match the Arctic White soffit and fascia. CCC installed white beaded ceilings in both the front porch and sun room together with new columns. The fresh new look gave this home a look that leaves you in awe.
