This split level home in Rockville, MD originally had Masonite siding from when the home was built. The existing trim was painted wood. After many years of weather exposure, the siding had begun deteriorating. The most visible damage was occurring above the windows. The wood trim was having similar issues. After researching siding contractor, the homeowner selected our company to perform the siding replacement project. As an Elite Preferred siding contractor for James Hardie, it is our responsibility to ensure the product is installed according to their specifications. The client selected James Hardie Lap Siding in the Woodland Cream Color. We removed all of the existing siding & trim prior to installing Hardie House Wrap. All of the trim was replaced with James Hardie fiber cement trim. The trim color selected was Arctic White. The window trim was replaced with a 4" Hardie picture frame. On the front windows we added a Rams crown header to add to the curb appeal. The fascia, soffit & rake trim were all replaced with James Hardie Products. The Hardie soffit is vented to help extend the life of the existing roof. The end result is a beautiful transformation with added curb appeal & very low maintenance.
